Ilene Hamann is a model and actress from South Africa. She is best known for her role in the movie ‘Rog’ (2005) in which she starred beside the late actor Irrfan Khan.
Illene was born on 9 June, 1984 (Age: 39; as of March 2022). She was born in Jeffereys bay and later shifted to Cape Town. Illene’s parentage is quite fascinating as her father is Dutch and her mother is Portuguese.
She completed her schooling from Nico Malan High School and then got an admission in Stellenbosch Academy of Design and Photography where she was pursuing photography but during her term she started getting lots of offers for modelling and decided to pursue modelling full time and consequently left her course in the middle and left after 1 year of commencement.

Ilene’s modelling career started when she was in college, in her second year to be precise. She was enrolled in a photography course but weirdly got many offers while her shoots. Her modeling career started when she traveled across India, Dubai, and Australia, she got various offers from various companies and designers for instance Stewart Parvin’s print advertising campaign, the Bauknecht Catalogue, the Stihl powertools etc.
Ilene started her career in Bollywood with the movie ‘Rog’, her character’s name in the movie was Maya Soloman, the movie is about a murder case but takes a twist when the investigating officer falls in love with the dead victim.
